What a joke. Agreed on numbers with the sales manager. Then they run credit, get me approved, only they forget to mention it's for the original asking price and 2000 more of a dwn payment. Then he says he just misunderstood me even tho he clearly wrote down the numbers. One of the poorest experiences in any business ever.
Totally turn around from the horrible incident the last time i was there. Ashley was so helpful and David Wolek was knowledgeable and explained what needed to happen with my car.. as well as super nice to my daughter who was over being there! Happy to see improvements!!

I purchased my car from Castle Ford yesterday and the experience was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Milt was my salesman and he was responsive to all of my questions and was awesome. The process was quick and they were able to get me a good deal. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
