Great amenities, fantastic location. I moved to Louisville for work and had to sign a lease sight-unseen. The staff at Highland Station was remarkably helpful in facilitating the move. The facilities are remarkable and the apartments have excellent amenities. When I had a problem with my air conditioning the day I moved in, the maintenance staff was in my apartment to fix it within minutes. Close to downtown for work and the Bardstown Road area for restaurants and bars, this is a perfect spot for young professionals.
What else do you need. For me, this place has everything I could need. As someone that works from home the amenity I use the most is the free Starbucks machine. However, there are plenty of other amazing little extra perks here, including a movie theater with video library, a great little gym, and a pool that gets excellent sun. The best combo in an apartment building! Highland Station was my first one and there was no need to explore beyond, did it out of curiosity Katie went the extra mile to meet the needs I was looking for, with trade offs as with anything; but she made sure I found what I was looking for at Highland Station. This Place is Amazing We just signed our lease a couple of weeks ago and we couldn't be more pleased. Every single member of the staff has been outstanding - when we have questions or have issues, they take care of them immediately. The location and property is terrific. The residents have all been super - we highly recommend Highland Station.
Clean, Safe, Quiet, Friendly and Location, Location, Location I looked at all of the 'top' properties available downtown, Butchertown, Frankfort and Germantown as well as a few other not so 'topish' to get a sense of Louisville's market. Love it here! I am so happy here living at the Highland Station apartments! I recently moved in and have absolutely no regrets in choosing this place to be the new home for myself, my partner and pups. Would Highly Recommend Highland Station! Moving into Highland Station was a very smooth experience! The staff is polite and does a great job of ensuring everything is taken care of during the move. The amenities rock too - beautiful pool, entertainment center and fitness room. Shout out to Katie in the leasing office for being so available during the transition. Would highly recommend!
Two thumbs up Had a great experience moving into Highland Station. The best surprise was the height of the ceilings. Though I am in a small 1-bedroom apartment, the high ceilings make it feel much bigger. Also happy about the movie room. Nice bonus. Great place to live
Love it here. I recently moved to the Highland Station and I finally feel at home. From the gated parking garage, amenities and lobby area of the building I could not be more pleased. Very calm, relaxing environment with a great staff. The location is perfect - right by bars, restaurants and 10 minutes from downtown. Definitely would recommend moving into the Highland Station to anyone looking for somewhere to live. The complex even has a small Starbucks station near the front desk - how can you not love that!
