Verified Renter In our case, the BCV team set expectations that were not met and didn't proactively work/communicate to remedy the shortfall. That caused us to scramble to rearrange a move that we had well planned out and cost us money out of our own pockets.

It seems that the apartment is not being maintained that well. It seems that the apartment is not being maintained that well. I asked to have my cabinets fixed because the veneer is peeling off on almost every door. I have asked five times to have them fixed but was told each time they could/would not do it. On top of that they told me the rent was going to increase $500 dollars unless I sign a contract right away so that my contract would only go up $300. DO NOT RENT HERE If you wonder why, see the negative reviews. I had the worst rental experience, and I found a much larger home with amenities, nearby for the same price. After years of aggravation and terrible practices from the entire staff and their corporate representatives, I must review this experience as the worst in history. The charge you for everything, and never follow through on maintenance requests so you are much better off renting a home and finding a decent landlord if you are in a hurry to find housing.

WORST APARTMENT AND MANAGEMENT I hope you like living in mold. This apartment is covered in mold. The staff will clean the mold and claim to lose your mold test to hide evidence. Get ready for your appliances to be broken for weeks-months before they are properly fixed. Trash smells and bugs consume the hallway. Management is completely disrespectful. Hate helping people. Renters Beware Since moving here, the apartments have not felt secure at all. My vehicle was stolen from the garage earlier this year. There have been security issues that have gone months without being fixed, in spite of repeated conversations with management. The first floor is typically kept really clean where potential residents are shown, but the other floors are filthy. The office staff is nice though!

fees fees fees Been here a few years and was happy so renewed with new management company. It was a mistake. They added a $44 garbage fee, as garbage piles up, an administrative fee and you have to get internet from them and they charge you $30 more then if your just were billed by ATT. Whatever you think your rent is add $150-200. The clubhouse was free to use and now costs $300. Weeds overgrow the fenced property line so ticks are an issue for dogs. Longterm resident The managment (Atlantic Pacific) has been doing a wonderful job since taking over in Jan. 2022. I recently had two after hour maintenance requests, Hugo and Josh were calling my phone within the hour. For the A/C that was fixed within 3 hours. I have seen Atlantic Pacific install new security cameras, install all new lighting, security gates, redo the exterior, fix the sprinklers, have stern talks with Hidden Door's noise level and parking...etc. It is a beautiful property. Horribly Managed Property It is the beginning of August and the pool is green. The girl in the office has no idea what she's talking about. Claiming, "oh it will be ready for use tomorrow." GIRL!! It is green as grass. Impossible to fix in one day for use. They force you to pay extra every month for the trash concierge, claiming they pick up from your front door three times a week. Worst move in experience When we toured the drexel at oakley we were told by the leasing staff that all the appartments have flooring and not carpet in the living room. Well today is move in day and not only did we have to wait hours for the key (after driving over 7 hours) but the appartment has carpeting. Do not lease with them, they are not trustworthy or responsible.
