Great experience so far! I just moved into Highland Station & they have provided a great experience so far for me. My room was immaculately clean when I moved in and is lovely with great appliances, style, & space for my needs. Exactly as pictured. The location is ideal being less than 5 minutes away from downtown and Bardstown Road. I feel safe in the building and in the parking garage. The amenities on site are great as well. Great for young professionals! Love it here! I moved here from out of town and didn't know a soul in the city, but this place is filled with young professionals who are all out and about by the pool or with their dogs. It has made meeting people very easy. You also can't beat this location. I'm walking distance from numerous bars and restaurants. Great amenities and practically brand new apartments are also a plus. Superb! Highland station has made my move seamless and streamline. The leasing office has been supportive and responsive to every request I've had. The common room/pool area has a great vibe to it; great for having people come over to roast in the sun.
Best place to live in Louisville As a grad student looking for an apartment that was close to downtown but still safe and secure, Highland Station was the perfect place for me. I worked with Adam, and he was incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to answer all of my (and my mom's) questions, calls, and texts, even before I decided to rent here. Love This Apartment We love our apartment, the staff has been so friendly and helpful every time we have needed to contact them. The location is great, we love walking around the old neighborhoods and walking to restaurants and coffee shops. So far our unit has been great, we haven't had any issues and everything has been great quality. We also spend almost every night on our patio because it feels so secluded and private. We looked at several apartments but nothing was as nice as highland station, so happy we found it.
Great! I moved into Highland Station earlier this week, and I've loved it so far! Theresa, Adam, and the leasing staff have made everything super easy and convenient, so the move in process has been as painless as possible. Having access to an onsite gym and pool are wonderful and my apartment has come together nicely. I couldn't be happier to call this place home!
Great place to live I am new to Louisville and was looking for a quiet place that is walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. Highland Station's convenient location offers just that! In addition, the apartment offers large room layouts, new appliances, kitchen island and balconies. The amenities such as pool, outdoor grills, theater room and free coffee are unmatched by competitors in the area. I could not have asked for a better place to live!
One Month In I moved here recently from Los Angeles and I have to compliment the leasing office staff on their professionalism and timeliness on getting my apartment ready and being able to sign a lease while still living across the country. The studio apartments have great size and the wall to wall shower and kitchen is a great perk to living here. 5 Stars! Highland Station has been a great part of my Louisville living experience. From easy-access parking, to the mailroom, to an in-house gym and pool, everything has been incredibly convenient during a transitional period of my life. I am very thankful that this is where I landed! The staff is also very kind! Can't beat that.
