Love it here! I moved in recently and everyone has been wonderful and has gone out of their way to help me. Ty has been great since I first toured the complex months ago. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Ty even helped with issues I had with my previous landlord during the application process. You can tell that he genuinely enjoys talking to the residents. I am very happy with my choice to move here!
Nickel and Dime, Terrible Management Overall the apartment complex is nice, I enjoy my unit, I enjoy the area and I enjoy the amenities. My review strictly comes down to the unethical business practices that continue to come up from my time at the Highland Station. I have lived here about a year and a half now. Stay away ! Very bad management and inflexible policies! Stay away from this apartment! ! ! The management team is really messy. Before I checked in, no one checked the fire alarm, and even after I called the office, they did not send someone to change it. I changed the battery myself because it kept me awake at night! ! ! ! Terribly Managed and Maintenanced This place is disgusting, the billing is terribly unorganized, and the customer service is nonexistent. There was mold all over my porch, the carpet is absolutely disgusting from the garage (that they refuse to have cleaned). My washer and dryer didn’t work and it took them 3 weeks to come and fix it. Complete Waste of Money I’m not usually the one to write reviews, especially bad ones, but I feel like people need to be warned. From the day I moved up here, The Drexel has done nothing but give me headaches. If you’re considering moving here, I’d encourage you to think twice. As a matter of fact, RUN. Used to be amazing- not anymore I live here. I had just signed my new lease when the new management company took over. Wish I had never re-signed. The new management- the Conner Group- is one of the absolute worst management companies I have ever lived under. Between piles and piles of garbage around the compactor because they can’t seem to schedule correct pickups, the fact that I now live in a giant jack o’lantern colored building and that they DESTROYED the dog park- I am so fed up. can’t wait to move This place is Not a luxury apartment! We’ve had flooding , 1 month without a tub or shower, light fixture in the shower hasn’t worked in months ! The carpet is DISGUSTING!! Don’t move here! Can’t wait to leave !!
Frustrating experience When I moved in this place was great. It was quiet and the staff was amazing. They knew everyone and I always had a pleasant experience in the office. When I signed my lease, they even gave me a birthday card as Insigned on my birthday. My last year, the neighbors were extremely loud and other things… When I asked to have (temporary) roommates removed from the lease, they kept them on. They received emails for months. Avoid this apartment! I moved to this apartment around 3 months ago. And it is insane the amount of problems that I had in such short time. - The master locker to access the mail box is broken. Which means that no mail gets delivery to the apartment complex. Instead, it gets delivery to a USPS that is 20 minutes away. It has been like this for the past 2 months. - It is impossible to get maintenance service. Some of the maintenance that I asked a month ago simply get "lost", over and over.
