Avoid this apartment! I moved to this apartment around 3 months ago. And it is insane the amount of problems that I had in such short time. - The master locker to access the mail box is broken. Which means that no mail gets delivery to the apartment complex. Instead, it gets delivery to a USPS that is 20 minutes away. It has been like this for the past 2 months. - It is impossible to get maintenance service. Some of the maintenance that I asked a month ago simply get "lost", over and over. Beware do not move here This place e overcharges on utilities and they steal your deposit. The grounds are filthy as well as garbage overflowing in the dumpsters. I am glad I am gone and am not being overcharged anymore. You have been warned
Renters Beware (current resident) two days ago an emergency sprinkler head leaked outside of my apartment door causing my entire apartment to flood. I promptly contacted the emergency maintenance line, which no one answered. I took what I could and got a hotel for the night. Hours later I received a call saying that maintenance was on the way. Unsafe and Absolutely Filthy The building alarm system is inactive, entrances are left open at night, homeless people wander into the building, trash is not collected and accumulates with the most awful odor throughout the building. Mold and roaches are in common areas. Homeless people live in an adjoining storage unit business and are beginning to camp on the street one block away. If you're a young adult or a woman, I would encourage you to find a safer, cleaner building elsewhere.

DO NOT LIVE HERE I have lived here for over a month at this point and my oven, dishwasher, and freezer do not work. There is a hole in the doorframe that floods anytime it rains. There are exposed wires in the garage. When I moved in the apartment was filthy. Property management is aware of these issues and have not resolved any of them. They will be the first to charge you $75+ per month for trash, but won’t keep the community clean. There are not even mailboxes, so we have to go to USPS to pick up our mail. Love these apartments! As a Mom helping her daughter relocate to a new city we are so happy with Highland Station apartments. It's safe and in a nice area to live. The apartments are so nice and really thought out to exactly what you need. Savannah in the management office has been so helpful from showing us the apartment, application process and after move in I can't thank her enough. My daughter has been here a month now and we are really happy with this choice. I highly recommend.
Car stolen, mail stolen, decorations destroyed Beware of this place. I wrote a nice review about this place once and I take it all back. I lived here for a year and during that time I had things stolen and destroyed in front of my door and my roommates car was stolen out of the garage. In fact it was building security that let the thief out of the locked garage as he sat at the gate for over an hour waiting for it to be unlocked. EMERGENCY!!! Randomly drove by and decided to see if they had any vacancies. Was warmly greeted by Tommy and his friendly team. Was able to get a tour on the spot! Was sold even before we signed the contract. And Tommy 'gifted' us with our first housewarming present before move-in day. The whole application process was smooth and painless. The grounds were clean and the environment is peaceful. Could not ask for a better place to call home.
