Great Choice for Highlands Living The apartment is great, modern and comfortable. The amenities and parking are extreme to convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful and made the move in process a breeze.
Amazing Downtown Property The management staff was very helpful during the paperwork and move in process, and they have been great about checking in on residents and knowing who we are. The units have beautiful features and finishes, and the building security is exactly what I was looking for. I feel incredibly safe in the building and in the garage because of the gates and doors that require keys to get through.
New to Louisville It doesn't get better than this, folks! From the expert to staff to the convenient location and the sleek accommodations, this place is top-notch. The move-in process was easy, thanks to Katie and Kim in the office! Since arriving at the Highland Station, I have enjoyed a quick commute to the University of Louisville-- only about a 12 minute drive in total! Outstanding! It is amazing here. They have free Starbucks coffee. The apartments look absolutely gorgeous. The management is A+ Everyone is friendly. They even have the mail inside Incase it rains. Definitely recommend. :)
Friendly staff! I came to Louisville from Florida and needed a place to live rather quickly, the staff was nice and accommodating. They found me an apartment to live in within 24 hours of my arrival to their office. They communicated well about all of the steps of the process and helped make the transition as easy as possible for me. So far living here has been great, it is not very noisy, the building is secure, and is well maintained.
Amazing property- you should live here I moved into Highland Station a year ago and if it weren’t for a job relocation, I’d have renewed over and over. I’ve lived in 4 apartments and this is handedly the best- I can’t think of anything negative whatsoever. The leasing office has a ton of experience in resident satisfaction and it shows- consistently go out of their way to answer questions, help with whatever is needed, and make themselves available whenever you need anything. Excellent Staff, Great location, Amazing Apartments We just recently moved to Highland Station and our experience so far has been nothing but wonderful. Katie and Theresa from the front office are both really helpful and we’ve found them to be very attentive and professional. The location is great. The apartment is even better.
Best Luxury Apartments Louisville has to offer Unbelievably easy to move in. I was unable to see the property due to moving for work and they gave me a FaceTime tour. Best location in the city with easily the best security and amenities an apartment can offer. Would recommend this place to anyone who is considering living here.
Convenient Location I like how Highland Station is close to downtown/work for me. In addition, I feel safe, as you need a fob to get inside the building outside of business hours.
