Highly recommend I just moved in Louisville in April and toured several apartments downtown. Adam at Highland Station got me in for a tour right away and housed within a few days! I feel safe here, can walk so many places, live with young professionals, and have free coffee in the lobby always! Highly recommend Highland Station, especially if you are new to town!
Recommend Highland Station is amazing! Love the pool and outside areas for my pup! The building and garage parking are secure and safe. Gym is small but clean and nice. Everyone in the leasing office has been very nice and helpful. The apartment itself is awesome! High ceilings, lots of kitchen storage, island, walk in closet, and balcony! Definitely recommend.
Love this place! I’m LOVING my new little studio!! It’s the perfect size for me and my pup. The full size kitchen with granite counters, huge bathroom with a rainfall shower head, and HUGE walk-in closet. I mean it can’t get much better than that, not to mention the amenities and how great and attentive the staff are. Theresa has made my move in seamless and perfect! Highland's living at it's BEST! I have lived at Highland Station for over a year now and it has been a terrific experience! -The building itself is well maintained and the amenities are first rate. I love the pool set up and the theater room is so cool to host watch parties in. I held my company Christmas party in the club house and everyone had a great time. Unkept and dirty Hallways filthy, dog poop all over exterior (and sometimes in hallway). Apartment units and pool is nice. The Dog Spa has not been cleaned in months.
Susan Love my new luxurious apartment! The high ceilings and white trim makes it seem so large and the fireplace makes it cozy. Love my kitchen and stainless steel appliances and large marble topped table. Cooking is so fun! Andy has been helpful and attentive every step of my move. Thanks Highland Station for making the time away from work so enjoyable! Lol can’t wait for the pool to open!!
Love our new home! We are thrilled to have found Highland Station after touring different apartments and condos around Louisville. I spent days doing research, touring, and looking for the perfect place. Highland Station has everything we were looking for and more. Great place to live! We recently moved to Louisville and came across Highland Station unexpectedly - From the moment we walked in and interacted with the Team (Adam) we knew this would be a great place to live - It's also in a GREAT location - walking distance to Bardstown Road (tons of restaurants and shops) and less than 2 miles from downtown - Only great things to say about this place - Thank you Adam and the Team at the Highland Station!
