great place This Apartment complex is amazing. It is a gorgeous place to wake up to every morning. The other residents are such warm and wonderful people. The staff and maintenance are very helpful and always kind.
you will regret it The worst apartment / management. The place is not luxury in any sense. These apartments were built so cheap. You will hear everything from the outside street noise to your neighbors watching tv / talking etc. There is no insulation in the walls / window so your electric bill will be very high each month. The worst part is the rude, spiteful , unprofessional office employees. They will not help you at all . They only care about locking you down to a lease and making you pay a ridiculous amount of money for... read more

Love it here at Highland Station! I've been here for a month and love it so far! The staff in the leasing office are always very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The apartment complex is clean and modern, offering great amenities. The Starbucks coffee station is a huge plus. The unit itself is beautiful, clean, and up to date with modern stainless steel appliances. Looking forward to making Highland Station my new home!
excellent place to live The apartments are roomy and with a good layout. The staff is always helpful and so pleasant. There are many wonderful eating establishments right out the front door along with a movie theatre! Every time we've had questions, the staff is there to help!
Amazing complex and location! I absolutely LOVE living here! It's nice, quiet and the amenities are wonderful. Katie in the leasing office does a great job of keep in contact with you from the moment you sign your lease, and through move in. I had absolutely no issues, and wish I would've discovered this complex when I first moved to town!
Non-transparent Management Good location with spacious interiors. The management is friendly but there is a lack of transparency with their residents. Before you sign a lease here, understand their utilities are 2X more expensive than comparable complexes in the area. Management adds a $40 "city" trash charge on top of a $20 valet trash charge to your monthly utility bill. The $40 trash charge is not disclosed when signing your lease. Sufficient for Short Term Stay The leasing, move in process and living situation has been average so far - we moved in about 2 weeks ago. Since I was long distance prior to moving here, my fiancé visited the property and was able to show me the apartment via FaceTime. The property is sufficient for a short term lease, I'm not sure I would live here long term. The courtyards were sold to us as pet friendly yet were closed for pets a few days after we moved in due to excessive waste and irresponsible actions by other residents... read more
Sufficient Apartment Community I moved into Highland Station recently and the staff has been cordial and helpful. The other residents have been respectful and the amenities I have access to are sufficient given the cost of living in this community
Great place to live! Everything about my move was easy thanks to the flexibility of the Highland Station Leasing office! They truly care about their residents and make an effort to know you by name. In addition, to feeling at home. The amenities are great! There’s a gym, Starbucks coffee machine (YES!) and a dog park. My pup loves the dog park and the other dog friends he’s made.
