Verified Renter The whole process of signing the lease and moving in was seamless. The place was clean and any minor cosmetic issues I noted were promptly addressed by the team. The layout is nice, the community is also very well maintained and peaceful.

Do Not Rent Here - Frustrated When you first sign your lease they will give you a good deal for a one bedroom apt. Each year the rent will go up $300.00. When asked why the jump in rent they will sarcastically respond that they can get much much more than they are charging you. They will overcharge for everything. If you pay online you will have a huge fee to do so. You will never get your deposit back no matter how clean you leave the apartment. I called for service 4 times for a leaking toilet and finally had to repair it ... read more
