Reservation with car for pickup at 8am at the ****************************************************** location. No car available. No one had a car that morning, it seemed that the location did not have any cars. Asked if other locations would have a car since I would be willing to go elsewhere to pick up. Was told - there is no car anywhere else. But don't worry, you will get a car in about an hour they said. Did not get a car until after 1pm. ************* hertz was the worst....waited in line for 2 hours after our flight landed! Horrible customer service! Will never use ********************** agagin!
Worst customer service ever. If you pre-book and pre-pay online with a credit card and dont have that credit card with you when you pick up the car - even though they have all the information in their system already- they wont give you car keys. So you have to go to all the other rental car desks in the airport trying to find a car that fits your family of 8 and hope that you can make it to the funeral you had flown 5 hrs to get to - on time. No thank you. I wont work with a company that has so little regard for customers.
Horrible, they enjoy taking your $$$, and then informing you....you won't be driving the vehicle. Won't ever rent from this company again.
Don't rent from Hertz in *****.I reserved a gas powerd vehicle when I got there they said they only had an Electric Vehicle.I asked if I could exchange it at another Hertz rental agency they said sure but everyone one of them I checked with only had EVs I guess they fallow the **** Governor of **********'s mandate.If anyone's never rented an electric vehicle let me say it's a ******** waste of your time. I drove for Uber renting a car through Hertz. For a while now I've been having issues with this company and one of Hertz stores in particular located in *********. Back in June I returned the vehicle and Hertz is still charging me and falsely accusing me of having the vehicle and I don't. I WILL NEVER work for Uber again or rent from Hertz again. I had to change my phone number because Hertz wouldn't stop calling and harassing me. I have made several attempts calling this company no help at all. I wish more Uber Drivers will... read more
I reserved a car to drive to Los Angeles for important cancer surgeon dr appointment. According to confirmation e mail all was set and ready and paid. Get to Hertz, the car I wanted was not there so have a different car. Then said needed my credit card for deposit. Not enough on card to cover all. Handed them a second card and was told they could not use two cards. Gave them my debit card “we don’t take debit”. Offered to pay in cash. They said “ no we don’t take cash” did not get the car, missed the appointment and pissed. ... read more
The employees at the place I rented to car from were absolutely unprofessional from the moment I walked through the door. I will never ever rent from here again. Then after dropping off the car I received a letter in the mail saying the vehicle had not been returned. Mind you I dropped it off the night before, so Im not even sure how there would be confusion as to me not dropping off the car.
I rented a Tesla Model 3 for one day. I got the car at 60% when it should have been 80%. I charged it to 80% and saw there was chargers to my destination of *********. I headed for ********* to pick up an 8 week old puppy. I got there and was at 19% but none of the chargers there were working. I now have an 8 week old puppy with 19% battery and the app in the car now showed Superior ** as the closest charging station. So I head there and when I arrived, I have 4% battery.
