No available car in Chicago Midway even with my reservation and no notice until arrival at the car rental. Hertz sold a bunch of their cars, so don’t have enough for customers. Change your motto to “Let’s Not Go”. Instead “Go” with Enterprise, Avis, or National.

Pennsylvania toll road tip-off. . Hertz uses a toll road "service" in Pennsylvania called Plate Pass. I paid 30$ on tolls & 29.97$ "convenience fee." Haha, real cute rip-off scheme. Read the fine print.

They put a deposit hold on rental until June 30, 2023 My back cannot release my money because Hertz has not sent information that its released and closed out I have to wait until June 30 to receive my money because Hertz said they couldnt do anything because it was closed out

Do not use Hertz. Use ***************** instead Nasty customer service They gave us a vehicle with a tire problem . Had air pressure lights on constantly filling tire on a 13 hr trip . They did nothing to accommodate Had a similar situation with ******They were kind enough to apologize amd offer $ compensation off their bill Don't use Hertz They refer you to inept corporate depth and they don't care for their customer.

Last week my husband and I went to Orlando and had a reservation for a car with this company. There was nothing special about the car and while it was not detailed, it was clean enough. We returned the car 8 days later with no issues. Then we got a bill for an additional $200 and when we questioned it they claimed we returned the car with vomit inside and that the fee was for a clean up of such. If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would. I spent two days driving in circles because of this company. I missed two days of my vacation, two days with my daughter, and ended up losing my disney tickets too. So all in all I'm out about $1,000 dollars after the wasted airbnb and theme park tickets. These people gave me such a run around. I was suppose to leave on the 19th from PA to drive to FL. Had reserved a Tesla for my bachelor party and gotten confirmation e-mail the night before pick up saying my car was charging and will be ready in the morning, only to show up and be told they didn’t have anymore Tesla’s but they could put me in a Toyota Camry for an up charge. The worker then told me they tell people that cars are in stock so people come in then up charge them to make more money. Ruined my bachelor party trip.!

Hertz Case No. ******** I rented and pre-paid for a two-day Hertz car rental through Priceline.com on April 3, 2023 with a confirmation pick-up date and time of April 8, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. in your Venice, Florida location.
