This has to be the worst moving company I have ever used. I have been fighting them since October 2017 to get the damages that occurred to my house fixed. They have gone through four managers since then. They sent felons to your house do you have just been released from jail and steal money from you. This is a business of a bunch of crooks that will steal from you and give you the worst service you could ever experience. Issues with timing were nightmarish. Original time was 9am didn’t actually show until 1:30pm. The movers were friendly and fast but they did scrape and ding my items. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
This place refused to honor the rates that they have posted on groupon, and when I asked the customer service rep if I could speak with a manager, I was hung up on, 4 different times. I finally got someone different to answer the phone and asked for a supervisor and she said "I am a supervisor" so I told her what was happening and she tried to transfer me to the same girl that kept hanging up on me. Our movers were great. We moved last November into a house with two very difficult & narrow staircases and they were great with moving everything carefully & efficently. Thank You!
Love the guys that moved us today this company is awesome especially considering we only called them three hours before we needed a job done because who we have fell through I highly recommend them and those drivers we had love those drivers thank you for helping us move our grandmother
Sister bought a Groupon. Here to There never called or showed in their time frame. And did not reply back in a timely manner when she called to inquire. Not impressed.
Terrible terrible terrible, the owner Josh Baxter. Complete imbecile, rude, inconsiderate and very unprofessional. Broke a lot of items, didn't wrap or pad furniture. Thumbs down

I wouldn't recommend this moving company to anyone. I just moved to Charlotte, NC and I needed a moving company that could move my things out of a few U boxes into my home. I found a good deal on Groupon that would give me $200 of moving services with the company for only $92, so I purchased the deal.
