these people ran a large truck, about 15 feet tall through a neighborhood with over hanging trees about 8 foot high and ripped large branches down onto the street and then left with the trees planted by the city pretty much destroyed, they are so unprofessional,, don't even consider them
THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! I had a Saturday appointment but noone ever called to confirm and none of the guys showed up EVER. I called to reschedule and was told I was given their 7am - 8am slot on Tuesday (today). Guess what?? Noone showed up for that one either! You think that's BAD? Get this! I spoke with the manager this morning, Josh, and asked him if this company was for real and he said "I don't think I want to do your move, even if I do figure out what's going on"............................................
Just read the way customers have been treated by this company, here and especially on the BBB website. The scam is similar in each case, they show up late, move intentionally slow to charge way above the estimate, and steal and break your stuff. They leave much of your stuff behind, so if you make the mistake of booking this company like I did, plan on spending more time and money to finish your move. It seems the "F" rating by the BBB kind of justifies them to keep doing what they do, since they can't get any worse of a rat... read more
Worst, most unprofessional company I ever worked with. Josh in particular was a complete jerk. Movers were scheduled to arrive between 12 and 5pm. They arrived at 6pm. When I asked to have a discounted rate due to tardiness the owner (Josh) refused, he told me to, "hire someone else." Don't ever do business with these people. I wish I had read all the negative reviews before I hired them.
First move was phenomenal. Wish I would have gotten their names. Second time "head loader" was the most worthless person I've ever met. Took twice as long on my move, didn't complete the job before leaving, and left before quoted time without returning my money. Don't waste your money on these people
Does not honor commitments that were made. The manager and customer service rep lacks professionalism. Example, they do not place clients on hold when having conversations with co-workers.
