Terrible experience and customer service. Our furniture was damaged and the manager, JR asked us to submit weight from the manufacturer. Once that was done we never heard back from him. We have called the office numerous times and left messages for JR to return our calls. He never once responded. Very upsetting, stay away from this company!!
Highly disappointed. The people working the phones don't seem to know what their movers can actually do, and when there is a discrepancy the movers are rude about it. The crew also showed up almost an hour late. We also checked ahead of time to ensure a big enough truck would be sent, and then on moving day there were things that "wouldn't fit" in the truck. Three guys that came to move items from a storage stole my two pairs of red bottom shoes. I have been trying to file a claim with them and Mike have been very rude. These guys are all thieves and do nothing to get your item back or reimburse. Stay away from this company. Time to get a lawyer.
I had the worst experience ever with this moving company. They broke my TV and damage my dresser. The was staff rude and very slow. Set up some furniture in the wrong room and charge me for there error. When the drivers took a personal call with his Dad on the phone and then had an attitude with me when the call was over due the the heated argument he had with his Father on my time I was that I was being charged for.
