RecommendedHad I read these reviews, I would have ran away before calling. I simply read a billboard advertising for them, told my husband, and he went with the lowest price. They were AMAZING!!! They said they would show up between 8 & 9. They arrived around 8:30. We had 4 movers. They had our 3 bedroom townhouse loaded in 45 minutes!!! They had to drive almost an hour to our new house, and arrived within 10 minutes of my arrival. They moved us from atlanta to Florida. This company is the worst! DO NOT USE THEM, you will be sorry. They lie, don’t return calls, they are thieves. The North Atlanta company is the worst. Stay away. Right off the bat they showed us mid afternoon, they were supposed to be there at 8am. Once they got there they got everything loaded. They did not however do a correct inventory. Do not use this company! I purchased a Groupon to move my daughter, a small one bedroom apartment. I paid $99 and there was no explanation on the groupon. I purchased because a friend recently used them and said it’s for a 2 hour move. We we scheduled they did not explain anything further and gave us a window of 12-5pm which was not very convenient but we worked with it. Will not return calls or messages after they move you- you upload all images of everything damaged- they tell you that you’re getting a check- lol still waiting on that 3-5 business days for that check- moved middle of May- I have a friend who has been waiting since fall of 2018- go somewhere else
We moved 6 weeks ago from Indianapolis to Florida & they removed items off truck without informing us & now we cannot get a call back about our claim!!!! Have called at least 10x & no one wants to respond. We have at least 10 items missing that they don’t know where they are!!
They showed up late outside of the arrival time window. They charged us an inaccurate price, and then called back later and charged us more. We also realized as we started to unpack that one of them stole from us. The actual wrapping, loading, and transporting our stuff was the only good part. Update: The manager JR called and ordered to of the missing items for us and replaced from Amazon!
These guys deserve a tip! Just moved my 500lbs antique door like it was a deck of cards. Great personality! Very professional and easy to work with! Highly recommended! Thanks J.R.!
Wow! I'm so glad I didn't read these reviews before I booked them because... these guys were fabulous!!! Called me, showed up on time, didn't harm a single thing (including the walls, floors, etc). I enjoyed working with my movers! Very professional and efficient.
