Literally the worst moving experience ever! Unprofessional, damaged property, still dealing with claims 4 months after moving! DO NOT HIRE this company in Columbus, OH area!!!!
RecommendedI did not read the reviews before we booked them. We actually had a great experience with the tampa location. The guys were extremely polite and courteous. Always yes ma'am and sir. They put a pad on the front door so they wouldn't scratch it. They also put a mat at the entrance to not track in dirt. Nelson, Harry and Joel worked quickly and efficiently. We would ask for these three guys again if we ever need movers.
Did not have all the tools needed to break down bed. (Why would movers come with no tools?!) Would not honor their statement of coming back to get bedroom suit so had to get someone else to finish a job I paid for. Would never use or recommend to anyone.
