I'm eating a 1 because you can't give a zero. Showed up 4 hours late. My 8 am appt became a 12:15 appt. Never called to inform me they would be late. I had to call them. Was told it would be another half hour then another half hour. Once they show up, takes 15 minutes jut to back the truck up. The manager, Kevin, sent two brand new movers to move my 1 bedroom, 780 sq ft apartment. Took them over 5 hours and everything had been boxed up prior to their arrival. Horrible company. Completely unprofessional. Had an awful experience and when I complained about all the horrible customer service I was told this by the CEO: "You are clearly making something out of nothing... As we suspected before. Cindy in acting at my direction." Let me tell you, I was not overreacting. I was put on hold two different times on purpose for over 20 minutes a piece. I was yelled at they refused my Groupon.
