I cannot tell you enough how blessed my daughter and her family are now how the team at Hendrick Honda of Hickory worked so hard to get her into a van so that way her family could ride all together I thank you guys so much you have been a blessing to us and we will definitely be back to purchase me a car when needed. These guys went above and beyond like no other dealership in town they deserve more than five stars thank you again from the bottom of this Grandma's heart.

Was in the market for a used Honda Pilot. Marshall, Kris, and Nathan in used car sales were remarkable. (They even gave us extra pizza for the kids while waiting for paperwork!!!). Very well done.
My experience with Hendrick Honda of Hickory was excellent. My salesman Joey was super nice and helpful. He got me into a brand new Honda Civic and got my payments where I wanted them. Everyone that I came into contact with at the dealership was pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Joey and Hendrick Honda of Hickory to anyone.
Rip off! I understand you have people to pay and Honda parts but having to fork out money 2 times and then ask for more a 3rd time to fix 1 issue?! Will not give them another dime-service or for a purchase!!

Was able to buy a car yesterday without the aggravation of the "pushy" salesman. I think I drove every civic except the manuals. I thank our salesman Joey Lankford for letting me drive what felt like 20 cars and not try to sell me what he thought I needed. I thank your staff for helping me sign away my soul so easily on that dotted line. Very good service, very patient salesman dealing with hangry and exhausted female who desparately needed a Snickers bar yesterday.
