Went yesterday to try and get myself out of a 18% rate with rebuilding my credit from a divorce over 4 years ago with much success!! The entire staff went above and beyond to make the deal work! Went from a 2010 Mazda 3 to a 2016 Honda Accord at 4.9%!! Thank you you so much Honda of Hickory for all you did!! God Bless guys!!
I would like to address the "heart" of Hendrick Honda. --On Feb 18th, I was traveling with a friend on Hwy 70 during a bad rain storm. I ended up in a sinkhole!!!My car stalled with water up to the windows and coming over the front of my car!! The car was floating in water!! A group of guys from Hendrick Honda stopped what they were doing, waded out into thigh-high water to pull us out of the car windows and then pushed my car to higher ground!! I went here with little to no credit and they were very helpful the only reason I didn't get the Car is my insurance rate I will be back and I want to greatly appreciate Lee and staff here. I recommend this dealership to anyone thank you guys and I'll be back around income tax. Even though they know my family (sold to my mom and grandmother) they were still very nice and helpful thank you guys again and see you soon!
I was greeted by Hector Lopez when I arrived for my appointment. He is a very pleasant, polite and helpful young man. My car was serviced and inspected and my car is good to go for another year thanks to all the servicemen and women who work at Hendrick Honda. They all are very friendly and helpful.
This is an Awesome group of amazing people. Always willing to go the extra mile!!
