Went with my sister to help her get a car after she just totaled hers well she picked out a civic and after all Sao and done things weren't the way it was supposed to be we're paying well over the price for a used 15 civic then a brand new one Donovan was nice but crap prices I'll just keep going to my Charlotte from here
I bought my brand new car about 2 months ago with the help of Donovan. I got a voicemail today from him checking to see how things are going since the purchase. Well they are going great so far! I had wonderful customer service and I wasn't the easiest to please since I had very specific things in mind. Thanks Donovan for all your help and I think I might be a Honda buyer for life (especially with this awesome gas mileage I get lol).
I called with a specific car in mind and with the help of Andy Courtney we ended up finding a better car that suited my needs! Although the signing process took a bit of time (which it was at the end of the day and it was pretty busy) he had all the paperwork pulled up and ready to go for me! I fully enjoyed how caring and passionate Andy was for not only his job but for helping the customers! He definitely made my experience one to remember! So far I've told everyone about how caring they are at Hendrick Honda!
