Great place to buy a car and great service department
My husband and I were in the market for a larger SUV for our growing family. The pilot was ideal, and the salesman was very helpful initially. However, when we began discussing buying pre-owned, the tone changed. We were placed on the "back burner," and not treated as valued or respected customers. So incredibly happy and satisfied with my experience at Hendrick Honda. After a manufacture defect allowed rain to leak into my brand new van, they immediately tried to fix the problem. When the problem couldn't be resolved, Hendrick Honda organized a smooth trade so that I could get back to my life and not worry about any issues with my new vehicle. Hendrick Honda was recommended to me by friends, and I will recommend them to anyone in the future!
