Great Service team they have there keep it up guys
Bought a 2013 Civic Hybrid and drove it for 4 yrs. Starting having IMA system issues and took to the service department .2 weeks to diagnose the problem. Owed 7,020 and repair was 3,748. Zack Cannon and financial Manger told me the car would be sold at wholesale and that Honda would not be repairing the car. Traded the car and they sold the Hybrid to a young girl I work with for 10,000. Unethical!!

Have had 2017 CRV for a year now. I is a piece of junk. Hendrick is of no help after they get your money. Service is terrible. Going back to Chevrolet and it want be a Hendrick dealer. New Honda is more trouble that the last 8 Chevrolets together.

One of the most painless and easiest car buying experiences my wife and I have ever had. We was looking at trading her 2017 Accord for the new 2018 with the 2.0 turbo and the team at Hendrick delivered! Our sales person was Zach Hisel and he was phenomenal from start to finish. They did not have the car in the color or trim my wife wanted, but Zach said no problem and had one at the dealership 2 days later. On top of that, we got more for our trade than anywhere else! If you’re looking for a new Honda, look no further!

Yesterday I took my van to HHH and met with Vince McGuire and Mark Sutton. They were both absolutely incredible to work with! They fixed the dvd system issue rather quickly, and I’m so grateful to both of them for their professionalism and kindness to my two year old and I. I highly recommend using Hendricks Honda of Hickory.
