Hendrick Honda of Hickory did not offer to help fix my tire- wheel noise and my Honda Accord is still under warranty and Honda of America basically told me it’s your car and now it’s your problem. I’m done with Honda!

Worst customer service ever! I would NEVER RECOMMEND HENDRICK HONDA of HICKORY! We haven't even had this 2 months, never had the truck in 4 wheel drive... needed it to get to work in the snow and couldn't even get it out if the driveway. But according to the used car manager I should be grateful that I had the 3 month warranty so I only have to pay $200 to get it fixed. Merry Christmas to me... they are going to meet me half way. This place is a joke!
