Staff was nice and welcoming. It did take forever for the process and I have heard from many others that it is typical there. Did not like being pressured by the salesman to give all 5's on the survey. Was reminded over and over again. I would think, running a business myself, that deals with the public, you would want honest feedback so there can be constant improvement not just guest satisfaction awards. Love my car though. Can't beat a Honda
