I picked up my 2015 Forte5 SX from Hendrick Kia of Cary yesterday after having the engine replaced due to a broken spark plug. All work was covered by warranty, and this post is really to give a shout out to Hendrick Kia of Cary. Scott TIELEMANS was super awesome, gave me a 2020 Sorento as a loaner car, and the overall Kia customer experience was excellent as well as far as keeping me updated.
