I had an appointment at 10am for standard oil change and to check a recall and a couple of sensors that were bad. It’s now 1:07pm and I’m still here and they are still not finished. This is the worst I have ever seen in a car dealership service center. Not only did I get the “run around” about “Oh it’s almost finished” “Oh it will be about 15 more minutes (that was 45 minutes ago), neither three of the employees from the service department has apologized-not once. Slowest service department I've ever seen. Had an 11am appointment for a recall inspection and still here 3 hours after arriving, plus, they say it will be at least an hour more. I was originally told before making the appointment that it "should only take about an hour" for what needed to be done. Not the first time either. My sons were here for over three hours for just an oil change last month, with an appointment to. There's no excuse for this! Well , I went to text drive the car , they told me it wasn’t ready , they said it will b steady tomorrow. I waited three days I called the manger said that he sold it , then the some one else called me from the dealer said that the car don’t pass inspection I was like wow . It’s the worst dealer that I been too
