Scott the service manager was very attentive and they showed great attention to detail to my service appointment. I bought my 2018 Kia Sorento there last year and they do all my oil changes. Never a problem getting an appointment and always great service!

Scott Tielemans at Hendrick Kia was extremely helpful with my 2012 Kia Soul. We started out with getting a replacement key and key fob. After that transaction, I spoke with him about an issue with my steering wheel and he did some digging in my information and found out that there was an extended warranty coverage on the flexible coupling. After this experience, I would recommend them 10 out of 10 to anyone that wants to get a Kia or needs services at this dealership.
