No one enjoys bringing their car to the shop. However, when you are greeted by a friendly face followed by understanding and knowledge it makes things a whole lot better. Ciera is the epitome of fantastic customer service. I now know that anytime we take our car to the shop it will be alot more enjoyable because of her and I know what needs to be done will happen.
