Had a wonderful "Sales" experience. However when the finance personal came in it went downhill quick. Extremely rude and, spoke down to me, to the point if bullying. my husband had kept fairly quiet up until this point since it would have been my main vehicle. We left, ended the conversation and informed the Very polite Sales guy we were sorry but wouldn't be continuing with this due to his co workers lack of class and manners. I bought a Suv from Hendrix Kia of Cary, 2014 Chevrolet Traverse. The buying experience turned out not so good. The Financial Manager left my wife and I in his office for an hour and half after completing all the purchasing process and receiving the full payment of the vehicle. The salesman didn't put our 30 days tag on our Suv and they had to find another salesman to put our tags on. I just received my license plate and registration card and found that the registration is valid until 12/31/2020. I have to renew my registrat... read more

I've never had to take a car in for service so I was worried I would run into a lot of issues into getting my car fixed at the dealership. I was completely wrong. Scott Tielemans made the entire process as easy as it could be. Not one issue popped up and he made sure I was in good hands throughout the entire process. I highly recommend the service and help Mr.Scott was able to provide in order to get me back on the road again, thanks!

I went to get an oil change and stayed for 3 hours. I was suppose to get a courtesy car wash, that didn’t happen and I didn’t complain because I was there for 3 hrs already and I was ready to go. Lastly, my tires were suppose to be rotated. I asked Scott and he said it was routine and it came with the service. It didn’t look like it to me. When my husband came home he said the same thing as well.
