I came prepared to pay cash for the vehicle I made an appointment to test drive. It had no gas and then someone claiming to be the manager came out to talk to me and was indignant about my questions about the mechanical inspections they do and if they have a guarantee. I ended up leaving without test driving and bought the same car at another dealer.

Very responsive and no pressure encounter. Great staff! Worked with me as I test drove cars I was considering buying and were respectful of where I was at in the research phase of my car shopping experience!

A waste of time. Lied and told me to come to the dealership but when I got there, the vehicle was unavailable.

Was the vehicle you are referring to the 2011 Kia Sorento? If so, it was and is still available. It was possibly still in service finishing up with maintenance when you were here, however, I don't show where you ever were at the dealership. Do you recall who you spoke to upon arrival?
I ended up get this car and I love it! The staff was AMAZING literally! They reached out non stop making sure I was comfortable! They’re truly wonderful!

They do not stand by their product. They have “fixed” the same problem in my car 4 times and it is still not right! No one in the service department knows what they are doing. Never by a Kia and never shop Hendrick!

UPDATE: i wish i could give a negative rating. I know car dealerships are known to be sleazy but WOW. So last Friday my husband took our 2020 Kia telluride to this location to inspect some leaking water. My husband mentioned heating coils or AC coil possibly leaking, and the gentleman speaking to my husband said absolutely not, it’s definitely not that.
