Went to Hendrick Kia to get my car, still under warranty looked at for some noises I've been hearing and air leaking from my sunroof. They tell me none of the repairs are covered by warranty and it would be 600+ dollars to fix. I declined as I can do all these services for a fraction of the price at home, but was still charged $140 dollars for them to tell me that I might need a coolant flush, to lubricate my sunroof, and for them to tell me they couldn't replicate the shaking that I feel. I absolutely recommend Hendrick Kia of Cary Service Department. When you go make sure you as for Scott Tielemans. He has always been my service advisor ever since I purchased my car. His level of professionalism and expertise is very hard to come by these days. Over the past 3 years of using the service department I have always felt valued as a customer and trusted the work this team does!
