Came in to test drive a car only to have the fella I was texting with NOT come out when I got there and was then told the car’s not ready to be test driven? Why is it on the website if it’s not ready to be driven? The two people I had contact with prior to my visit couldn’t inform me the car was not ready yet? I drove from out of town just to be treated like scum. Too bad too, because I already have financing and was ready to go. Would never recommend this place. Best Customer Service When Buying A Car Everrrrrrrr! This is my first brand new car!!!! Kelly Rocks!!! She treated us well from the first step in...all the way to driving off! (she even took the time to video chat me when the car came in to show me that the plastic was still on....OCD issues...lol) Im so happy!
Excellent customer service. I was kept informed at each step and they took a stressful situation from me a turned it into a minor inconvenience because they stepped of and took over. I would recommend Hendrick Kia to everyone.
