Manager was hiding in the office 08/08/19 to explain why he told me to come in the service department to replace my tire. Only to find out he wanted me to buy my tire from them for a much higher price they gave me 2 quotes and I told the service guy that I seen them cheaper at discount tire direct and tire plus. Very disappointed at Kia of Cary. The manager scott should have told me over the phone what the quote is but instead he told me to come in.
Fix your hours. Don’t waste people’s time.
