I went to this dealership after visiting about 4 others over the past 2 weeks (and having some very unpleasant experiences). I have to say I am not a person who enjoys buying a car, nor do I like car salespeople telling me what I want, when I've come in knowing exactly what I want. These guys didn't do that, they listened, they were patient and helpful and made the experience as painless as it could be. Thank you Todd and Max.
I've usually always had good luck with the Hendrick Service Crew. We've been going there for several years and although they've had turnover during our tenure with them, I've been pleased with the service we've received.

see below: I will speak out for corporations doing a great job...and ones doing a terrible job. Allow me to share the past two weeks: My husband purchased a used 2014 ford F150 xlt a few years back with only 26,000. It now has 56,000 and is having transmission issues. It hard shifts accelerating through gears 1-3 and hard shifts slowing down from gears 3-1. We purchased the truck at Hendrick Pre-owned at the Cary auto mall. We recently purchased our Kia Sedona mini van with Ivy, such a sweet and honest woman! They made the whole experience go smoothly and weren't bothered by our 3 little ones, she even gave them crackers to hold them over till dinner! I truly recommend visiting with ivy if you need a car!
Recently bought a GMC Terrain customer service was great was not there all day and they didn't hurt my head with monthly payments
