I got screwed on my Kia from this place and didn’t realize it until a couple years later. I was told making my purchase was a good decision to build some “equity” into and then trade in a few years later. Well, it’s been a few years and somehow the financed me to a point where I’d always be 2-4K in the hole with trade in value. Sales manager was extremely pushy. Tried to convince me to leave with the new car (and move over 4 car seats in the rain) before even talking with my husband. The sales man was great but OMG the sales manager didn't want to let me leave. Their finance department also did not try very hard to work with us.
Kia of Cary...it’s been 2.5 months since my daughter bought her Kia Soul and still no plates. I hope they are going to pay for the ticket she’s bound to get for her VERY expired temp plates?? Receptionist extremely rude. Dan doesn’t return calls. Shane doesn’t care since the sale was made.
Poor customer service and poor vehicles. I have had TWO Kia Sorentos (2011 and 2014). BOTH had engine issues. The 2014 I was made to pay some out of pocket as they said it was not under warranty when it was in the shop. Engine trouble should not be happening at only three years old. I am not happy with Kia and will never do business with Kia again. Awful cars.
The people were super nice! They were soo easy to deal with. They answered all my questions (I had a lot being a first time buyer).
I needed a car after totaling the previous one. I wasn't sure what I wanted and quite honestly was very indecisive. Todd was very patient while test drove several cars and listened to my rambling while I weighed the pros and cons. He offered a lot of insight into the options and made relevant suggestions and I never felt pressured or that he was being pushy. They gave me a fair deal and everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly.
Scott in the service department is awesome! The whole team is. I had a piece on my car break two days before I was to leave for a trip out of town and this was the only dealership that was able to take my car on a rush notice and have it fixed in 24 hours. I am so thankful!!!!
Great service, friendly staff. I especially appreciate Mr. Shane Donavant for his experience, expertise and dedication. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful in providing the information and resources needed to make my purchase od a Kia Serento. I am now the proud owner of my second Kia. Thank you Shane.
