So when my husband and I first started looking, everything was great. We even put down a deposit. The more we thought the more we decided that we couldn't do it. So we were texting the car dealer telling him we decided to go a different route. His exact text was " I'm sorry you couldn't hold up your end of the deal". Excuse me! RUDE!
This is a totally beautiful place. Most of the people we met are great. The Thursday morning greeter lady is kind of snarly and unpersonable, which king of turned us off for first impressions. But we did return after lunch and purchased a car. And the young lady who was there was absolutely amazing. Friendly and attentive. DEFINITELY DEFINITELY made our return visit much more pleasant and warming. 4 hrs to replace a tire!! Will look for another dealership....regret purchasing a maintenance contract
Justin our salesperson and David in finance made the experience easy. Aside from paperwork, I might have been buying a stick of gum...that. damned. Easy. Love the car and the service was great.

AND MANGER WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP. $5,999 LIST PRICE ON CAR AND THEY TAC ON $11,00O FEE WITH THE $3,000 WARRENTIES MAKING A $6,000 CAR $20,000!!!!!! BAD BUSINESS AND OWNER SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not buy a car from these clowns. They are all stereotypical car salesman and con artists. My 2014 KIA Optima has a defective paint job. The service staff is giving me the usual dealership runaround with their lies, excuses, and general lack of concern.
