Had an appointment for a basic service. After 50 minutes went by, I looked into the garage where I saw the car up on a lift. I watched for 15 minutes and not a sole touched it. Only after I said something did they get someone to go work on it. So after an hr and five minutes the tech went over to the car and started draining the oil. I figured maybe that was the last thing they had to do. Nope it was the first. Pointless to make an appointment here.
Had an outstanding experience with Ivy, Devon & Marcus! Absolutely professional and friendly at the same time. Made what can be a long and trying experience actually enjoyable.
Spent the day at HK of Cary yesterday. We hadn't purchased a new vehicle in 12 years but Kia's warranty brought us here first. We made the trip from Fayetteville because of the vast inventory choices. Devin Tremp and Ivy Johnson spent endless hours explaining the different Kia models and options available.
