I want to bring this to your attention in the event the Honda dealership is affiliated with your company My husband took our Acura in for service today that we purchased here at the dealership from a wonderful salesman Shawn. Fast forward to today when need to use our extended warranty. The car was cutting off the service rep Alex told my husband that it is the alternator. I brought my car little over a year ago Ronnie Russell was my agent he was very professional worked very hard to get me the best deal possible his customer service was excellent on a scale of 1 to 10 he was 100 as you can tell I was overly satisfied with him thanks a million ronnie your the best.
