All Service Consultants I've worked with are friendly and knowledgeable. In particular, Jim Burrows has helped me couple times in scheduled maintenance as well as ordering parts for recall/maintenance, he's been very helpful and knowledgeable in providing great services to me. Thank you Jim.
All staff is friendly and courteous. Work was done in a timely manner. Waiting area was wonderful in the kids room with my 2yr old grandson. The large aquarium really excited him because they have Dory in there and she waved her fin at us!!!! Thanks for all you do!

I got very responsive service when buying a car from Julio Hidalgo recently. He stayed late and worked very efficiently and was very pleasant to deal with. He didn't waste any of my time. I would definitely look him up the next time I buy a car but given how long Hondas last it's going to be almost 300,000 miles from now.
I went into Honda for my routine oil change. Dennis Sanford was extremely helpful and gave excellent service. Overall my experience at Honda was very good. I would definitely recommend.
I recently had collision work performed at Hendrick and was extremely pleased with my experience. Rodney handled my case and did everything he could to keep me updated during the repair process and dried my tears until precious car was back to new. Would reccomend to anyone!
