My wife and I have three kids under five years of age so the idea of having to get another van was a daunting one to say the least. I was so impressed with the service I received from Jessica Johnson at Hendrick Honda. Truly I was impressed with everyone I encountered. Days prior I had dealt with a different Honda dealer (for hours) which did not work out so I drove almost 2 hours down to Hendrick because I had heard such wonderful things about them. Had a great experience, Ronnie Russell sold us an awesome 2016 Honda Accord that will be replacing our high mileage Jeep and if it's anything like my husband's Accord will bring us the great value that we've come to expect from the Honda brand. Also, kudos to Dan Marsh in finance for getting us on the road quickly.
Don't bother trying to negotiate using fair price resources like TrueCar or Edmunds. Go to Scott Clark, McKenney-Salinas, or Honda of Rock Hill if you actually want to get a good deal from reasonable sales managers. Hendrick preys on the ignorant.
Super handling of our airbag recall issue after having been put off by another dealership in Charlotte. While looking things over, they Discovered a severely damaged shock which was repaired swiftly and at a fair price. Jeff did a great job.
Last week, I bought a Honda Accord from Melissa Evans at Hendrick Honda on South Boulevard. The buying experience was excellent. Melissa is a true professional, very knowledgeable about cars, and has a great deal of patience with a buyer like me. She is the best car salesperson I have dealt with since I have been buying vehicles.
We are on our fourth van thru Hendrick Honda. Steve Bagwell is the best salesman there in our opinion. He takes the time to work with you, follow up with you, and gets the job done right. We cannot recommend him enough!
