I recently took my car into Hendrick Honda for a check up and some repairs. As always, Clarissa Parks took excellent care of me and my car. She is always customer service focused. She explained exactly what needed to occur to get my car repaired. I was able to easily drop the car off, go uptown on the light rail and return to Hendrick - they make it easy and focus on Customer service!
Thank you so much to Dennis Sanford in the service department. Dennis has waited on me several times before for minor issues and a recall. I had an emergency situation yesterday and again his customer service was exceptional! I can't thank Dennis and the staff at Hendrick Honda enough for your great service.

Vicky Athey was very helpful in making sure that my Honda Ridgeline was exactly what we wanted. Her attention to the details did not go unnoticed. Melissa Evans at Hendrick Honda made my recent car purchase experience stress-free and even enjoyable. She was so flexible and willing to work around my crazy schedule. We test drove a pilot and then started negotiations and all was fine until your sales manager, Sean, came out. He let us know that he wouldn't wiggle at all on the price, which was above MSRP, and that would have been fine if he wouldn't have been so rude and condescending. He let us know that plenty of wealthier people would buy this car and he had no trouble selling it so we could "take it or leave it."
