Came here to buy my son a car for Christmas. Marty Stafford was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. He worked with me within the constraints of my budget and set me up with a 2017 Honda Fit. My son was so surprised, this truly will be a Christmas to remember.
This was my first experience with the service department at Hendrick Honda and Scott Wendel was the nicest person; explaining what was needed to get my car repaired and to my needs in getting it repaired for my up coming out- of- town trip. Hendrick's is fortunate to have someone like Scott Wendel.

enjoyed purchasing a new car sept 30. 2016 however their service dept is awful. Car had tire issue from 2 weeks after purchase. Today i had to replace a tire at my expense because they want u to purchase WARRENTIES when I purchased vehicle. Service Mgr claims it our fault also the City of Charlotte construction. Do not bring u vehicle here for service. Will never purchase HONDA again. Was going to invest in another honda but lesson learned. BEWARE

We have been customers with Hendrick Honda since 2002. We have purchased 2 Honda Odyssey’s and 2 Honda Accords. Up until the 2012 Odyssey we currently have and my last years’ worth of experiences, I had given Hendrick 5 Stars. As of now, I am changing that to a 1 Star! Manuel Dasilva was so helpful and a pleasure to work with through my first car buying experience. I was set on a car other than a Honda and Dasilva was great at being honest, upfront and all around knowledgeable of the 2017 Accord. I will definitely seek Manuel out when it comes to buying my next car (hopefully not anytime soon).
