I recently had gone to Hendrick to get to my car serviced and can't express enough how much I enjoyed my experience there. As I was waiting, SEAN MCLANE was very helpful to answer any questions I had. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy going. Compared to other dealerships I have been too, Hendrick has been my favorite overall. I have NEVER had any complaints and will forever keep getting my vehicles from this place! Thank you SEAN MCLANE for such an awesome experience!

Dealing with the new car sales manager (Sean), and his condescending, demeaning, rude, racist attitude is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. I've purchased 5 automobiles from this same dealership, and have personally watched how he blows employees and customers off. Sean will not accept no for an answer. He will attempt to persuade and push you into spending your hard earned money on something you don't want. I see so many negative reviews here but today I have to say that my service was great. I went in to have my air bags checked due to a recall and Andrea B. was my advisor. She checked me in and explained everything from start to finished. She walked me to the rental department to get a loaner, where Richard was also very helpful. Andrea gave me a call when my car was ready and made sure to wait around to give me the estimate that I had asked for to get my Glove box fixed. My husband and I just purchased a civic today, and this was my 3rd car from Hendricks Honda of charlotte! Tyler Patsy and Amael were AMAZING!! They made our car deal work within our budget and we definitely left happy!!

This place is the bane of my existence . I leased a car here in April, tried to return the car and overturn the lease and the manager told me the only way that would happen is if I gave him $1100.00 (the cost if my trade in.) I went and got the money, bought it back, he washed my car, gave me the keys and said "You have to call Honda to pick that car up because that's going to be a reposession." Let's just say that I'm extremely happy with my 2017 Honda Accord. There's a reason why I continued to visit this dealership throughout the years until the time came around for me to purchase a new vehicle. We battled traffic on 85 to get there. I was very excited because we were ready to buy a brand new CRV!!! It has been 10 years since my last new car and I have been researching for awhile. We browsed in the lot and no one approached. We went into the dealership and looked around at the cars and for someone to acknowledge us.
