Poor customer service in the service department, poor manners. The service continues to get worse each time I’ve been in there. Today marks the last time I will be getting my car serviced by this location or any Hendricks owned car dealership.
Love me some Gus! He always goes above and beyond for me. And has for over 10 plus years. Tianna was awesome too. She sold her first car to us... and did a bang up job! Now my 15 year old has a car and no license...lol!
