I used the Costco Auto Buying service and they referred me to Sales Associate Brad Thompson. Brad was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and the transaction could not have been smoother. Brad even drove the new Insight to my house for me! I strongly recommend Hendrick and Brad.
I was in town from Florida, and had been getting notices from the dealer that I purchased from here, regarding the recall on the back up camera. I had some time to burn, so I brought my car in to your dealership. I apologize- but I don't recall my service adviser's name (young guy, from Pennsylvania, 1st bay on far left), but he was a cool dude, and answered my questions politely.
