Andrea provided us with exceptional customer service. We had extensive maintenance done and from the first phone call to Andrea to set it up to the drive off the lot, we were treated as valued customers. The amenities offered to customers are impressive but the personalized service is what makes a nerve wracking task bearable. We were kept apprised every step of the way and because of the lengthy wait we were given a free rental car so we could do some shopping and get a bite to eat. Mark really hooked my friend chris up. he came in and was the most indecisive person but mark was super patient and worked with him to get him what he wanted for a great deal. Would definitely recommend.
Nobody does leasing better than Hendrick Honda. I was in a sticky situation with a Ford lease and the Hendrick Honda team went above and beyond to make everything happen. Tyler in sales and Casey in service are very professional and courteous. I will continue to do business with them.
