Horrible experience for a service visit today, multiple other customers upset due to wait time, a 30 minute appointment took just under 3 hours.... excuse was “we had a lot of call outs today”! Well maybe you have personnel problems with mechanics, because there were more employees wandering around the service department than there were customers.... waiting
