Honda is full of bull. They get you in, butter you up and then there is always a hiccup. I was embarrassed on Thursday and it took them until today to call and leave a voicemail on my phone instead of calling me at a time that I could answer. The finance manager was super rude and had his preconceived notion about me before he even looked at my file. I will NEVER ever buy another car from here again. I purchased the CR-V last year. Finally, accrued enough mileage to justify a service visit. Met Casey McGuire, Service Advisor. Casey handled everything in a speedy manor. Very knowledgeable. Had just enough time to get a cup of coffee and by then the car was ready. Great first impression all around.
Unable to duplicate power door issue at visit. I instructed service department to keep the car until problem is solved. I will update after I hear back from the service manager.

Always consistent and reliable
I've now purchased 4 cars from Melissa Evan over the past 15 years, and she's absolutely the best! Low pressure, easy to work with, and treats us like old friends. Everyone at the dealership is super friendly and helpful. The service department is top-notch too and they make you feel like a VIP every time you visit. I've had to deal with another big dealership in Charlotte for my wife's car, and they don't even come close to the class act that is Hendrick Honda.
My husband and I bought our first Honda Pilot on Saturday and we couldn't be happier!! Although we didn't have much to work with financially, we were treated with respect and the customer service was excellent!! We have 2 teenagers that will be needing a car in the future and we will not go anywhere else and we have told all of our friends to go Hendrick Honda on South Blvd! Big shout out to Robert Nicholson, Philip Allen and Ronnie Lopez for their outstanding work!!
I always have the best experience when I come to this Hendrick Honda's for my oil changes. They are always friendly and by far the fastest out of the Honda service centers I have been too. My recent visit, with Lori as my service coordinator, was excellent! Lori was so easy to talk with and I felt very comfortable asking her questions. Thanks for the great service.
