Even though I live 15 minutes away from the Concord location, the customer service at this location is much better! It's totally worth the 40 minute drive. They are very efficient and accommodating. I don't feel like they tried to squeeze me for money. There were services I assumed I needed that my awesome service advisor, Nick Walter advised that I wait on. That felt good. I'll be making the 40 minute drive again next time I need to have my car serviced.
After paying off my car, I contacted Phillip Allen, regarding my GAP refund. I emailed him on 3/19/19, giving him my mileage, and requesting a refund. He confirmed the price based on the mileage I had on my car. Here it is 4/10, and I havent heard a thing from him. I just met with a finance guy, Manh Nguyen, who told me that my GAP refund would be significantly less than what was quoted.
