What is the point of making an appointment for an oil change and being told it would take 1.5 hrs & then almost 3 hrs later it’s finally done? On top of it all the lady at the front desk was rude. Unacceptable.

I've been going to Hendrick Honda for over 4 years now, and actually purchased new my 2017 CR-V from them as well (I love my car and got fantastic financing through Honda!). Servicing my cars with HH has always been reliable- there was a mistake made one time, but the Don Gunn made the fix easy- he has always taken great care of me! Highly recommend working with Don and the Hendrick Honda team!
