2009 Pilot with no air for 2 weeks called Hendrick and figured they would say bring in 5 to 8 days later. Andrea said when can you get here. Said if have parts I need here or at other store will have ready by 5 pm. This was at 7 am Saturday. Went to see John Wick and Andrea called at 3:30 said car was done. Great service. Reasonable pricing and a great staff and selection of new and used cars.

My experience was absolutely FANTASTIC! I initially went to get my car serviced, but because the cost was more than I intended to pay, I ended up working with Jeff Kirby who was TOP NOTCH! He knew that I needed a car since the one that I had towed into the shop wasn't going to make it home. Malachi Smith and James Loebrich were also a great help to getting me into my new car! My experience here was really great. The service attendant who assisted me was very knowledgeable and professional, and was completely upfront about the costs and the time I could expect to spend to fix each issue with my car. The waiting area was clean and I used the free wifi to work remotely while I waited. All the representatives were pleasant and the popcorn in the lobby is a nice touch. I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this excellent location.
