RecommendedOverall good experience However, it is frustrating that when you pay the bill, the key to the car is not with the bill. The same thing happened at my prior service appointment. Either the key should be with the bill or left in the car so that you can get out of there as quickly as possible. You pay the bill, the key is not given to you, so you go to the car outside thinking it will be there and so you have to come back in to ask where is the key. The process regarding the car key needs improvement!!!
Don Gunn in the service department is one in a million!! My wife left the service department and while driving home, the check emissions light came on. I called Don and he went out of his way and came to our house so we would not have to go all the way back and did a quick diagnostic to make sure it wasn’t serious! WOW! That’s customer service!!! His is kind, helpful and looking out for my best interest and pocket book!! Thank you Don!!!! A++++
Overall great car buying experience. Knowledgeable friendly sales staff. No hard sell tactics. Went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Delivered my 2019 Honda CRV EX-L to my store, took the time to go through the features and show me the technology and how to use and then drove my husband back home. It’s our second Honda purchase from Hendrick. Highly recommend!!!!!
Everything! They are all about helping customers and making sure your wait is not long. They know their cars and the waiting area is comfortable and clean
Andrea in the service department is always a pleasure to work with. Always very friendly and knowledgeable about repairs to be completed on my vehicle. She always has the customers best interest (and wallet) in mind when recommending preventative maintenance to save the customer money on future repairs.
